New Flyer To Announce 2010 Second Quarter Results Prior to Markets Opening on August 12th and Hold Conference Call on August 13th

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – July 29, 2010 − (TSX:NFI.UN) New Flyer Industries Inc. and New Flyer Industries Canada ULC (together, “New Flyer”) the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit vehicles in Canada and the United States, today announced that it intends to release its 2010 second quarter financial results prior to markets opening on Thursday, August 12th, 2010.
