New Flyer Provides Corporate Update

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, February 3, 2012:  (TSX:NFI, TSX:NFI.UN) At the request of IIROC Market Surveillance, on behalf of the Toronto Stock Exchange, New Flyer Industries Inc. (“New Flyer”) announces that it is holding discussions with a third party regarding a potential commercial and strategic relationship.  Commercial and legal terms of the relationship have not yet been agreed to by the parties and discussions are continuing.  There is no assurance that any agreement will be reached between the parties.
