New Flyer Announces Joe Drapeau Appointed To The Position of Regional Field Sales Manager

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – November 3, 2014:  (TSX: NFI) (TSX: NFI.DB.U) New Flyer Industries Inc. (“New Flyer” or the “Company”), the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses in the United States and Canada, recently announced the appointment of Joe Drapeau to the position of New Flyer Regional Field Sales Manager for the central United States.

Joe is a respected individual who brings extensive bus sales experience in the US heavy-duty urban bus industry. Over his transit career, Joe has developed relationships built on trust with his customers throughout the mid-west.  In his role, Joe will focus his efforts on the various solutions offered by New Flyer including the Xcelsior® and MiDi® family of bus product lines.

Joe also has many years of management experience working for manufacturing and custom parts fabrication companies such as Key City Die-Casting, in Peosta, IA where he was the President – Sales Manager, and EON–E-Ande where he was the Director US  Sales and Ertl Company, Dyersville, IA where he was the Division Manager/Sales Manager.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Loras College, Dubuque, IA
