NFI Group Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2018 Dividend

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – September 17, 2018: (TSX:NFI) NFI Group Inc. (“NFI”) today declared a quarterly dividend for the period July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018 on the common shares of NFI (the “Shares”) in the amount of C$0.375 per Share to holders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2018.  The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2018.

The dividends on the Shares are designated as “eligible dividends” for purposes of the enhanced dividend tax credit rules contained in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial and territorial tax legislation.
