NFI Group Inc. Organizational Announcement – Group Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations

Stephen will be responsible for the coordination of the strategic planning and business development processes across the company, including the analysis of potential acquisitions, investments, and new business opportunities. He will work in coordination with NFI Group team and business unit leadership teams to ensure consistency across NFI Group.

Stephen will also lead the company’s Investor Relations function including the development of an investor outreach program and ownership of our analyst relationships.

Stephen brings a wealth of experience, with a proven track record in execution of strategies to support growth and enhance business performance, including progressive financial and business development experience in a public company environment.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters of Business Administration, and is a Certified Professional Accountant. He most recently held the position of Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations with Aecon Group Inc.
