MCI Academy is committed to providing the highest quality training available in the motor coach industry for all levels of technicians using online courses, classroom sessions, written tests and practical skills demonstrations. This training will equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to properly maintain, diagnose and repair systems found on MCI coaches to maximize on-road time, passenger safety and operator profitability.
“We are very proud of the work being done at MCI Academy,” said Brian Dewsnup, President of NFI Parts. “It’s great to see coach professionals recognizing the many benefits of our program, and expand upon their employees’ potential through continued learning.”
MCI Academy is the first and only in the motor coach industry to receive accreditation from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) for its comprehensive training program that elevates the skill levels of motor coach equipment professionals. MCI Academy has built a multifaceted hands-on and online training program to further professionals’ skills on multiple coach systems — whenever they need it.
“Live events at MCI Academy’s training headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky include technician development programs such as System Qualifications, Technician Level Certificates and Specialist Diplomas,” said Scott Crawford, Technical Training Manager.
