NFI Parts™ Launches New Website: www.nfi.parts

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – May 7, 2018: The Aftermarket Parts Company, LLC, operating as NFI Parts™ (“NFI Parts”), a subsidiary of New Flyer Industries Inc. (“NFI Group”), has launched its new website: www.nfi.parts. NFI Group began combining the parts operations of the New Flyer and MCI businesses in December 2016, and introduced the NFI Parts brand in October 2017.

With over 89 years of parts experience, NFI Parts supports a combined fleet of 72,000 active transit buses and motor coaches, serves 4,200 customers annually, and maintains relationships with 17,000 customers. NFI Parts understands the operational importance of getting the right parts, on time, all the time; allowing customer maintenance teams to focus on repairs, and returning buses and coaches to service quickly.

“We are pleased to have continued to offer industry-leading service to our customers as we integrate our business,” said NFI Parts President Brian Dewsnup. “The new website gives a holistic view of the products and services we provide at NFI Parts, and a look at what’s to come.”

NFI Parts is the OEM parts supplier of NFI Group, providing replacement parts for New Flyer transit buses and MCI motor coaches, as well as the product lines for the previously acquired NABI transit bus and Orion parts businesses. NFI Parts has extensive cross references for parts that are common with other transit bus and motor coach product lines, to provide comprehensive support for customers with mixed bus fleets. NFI Parts has a mature supply base and established relationships with over 1,000 suppliers of transit bus and motor coach components and systems.

As previously announced, while the combined businesses have been rebranded NFI Parts, this does not impact customers or suppliers with changes to their primary contacts or transactional processes. All system-related activities will remain as they are today.

NFI Parts will be at APTA Bus & Paratransit Conference Booth #429/431 on Tuesday May 8th for the Bus Products & Services Showcase.
