New Flyer Announces Election of Directors
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – May 13, 2016: (TSX: NFI) (TSX: NFI.DB.U) New Flyer Industries
Inc. (“New Flyer” or the “Company”), the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses and
motor coaches in Canada and the United States, announced that the nine nominees listed in the
management information circular dated March 24, 2016, were elected as directors of the
Company. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its annual meeting
of shareholders today are set out below.
