New Flyer to Announce 2011 Second Quarter Results on August 10 and Hold Conference Call on August 11

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – August 4, 2011 − (TSX:NFI.UN) New Flyer Industries Inc. and New Flyer Industries Canada ULC (together, “New Flyer”) the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit vehicles in Canada and the United States, today announced that it intends to release its 2011 second quarter results on Wednesday August 10th, 2011.
