Interaction with New Flyer does not end once the bus has been delivered. Building a product as long-lasting as New Flyer heavy-duty buses requires building solid and enduring customer relationships. Our Service Organization, along with Parts & Technical Publications and associated departments within Customer Services Division, offers the highest level of support in the industry. We work with customers to ensure needs are met and provide timely updates when information changes.
Our Regional Product Support Managers are based strategically throughout North America, providing quick response to customer concerns and ensuring that your New Flyer fleet remains in revenue service. When campaigns are required, written instructions are created, allowing the customer to review the necessary fix for this campaign. Our team will then work with you on implementation.
We have also structured our warranty department to serve customers better by providing faster response times and a more rapid warranty resolution process, which ensures accounts remain current.
