New Flyer Announces Acquisition by Harvest Partners
New Flyer Industries Limited is pleased to announce that Harvest Partners, Inc., a New York-based leading private equity firm specializing in middle market investments, has entered into definitive agreements to acquire New Flyer Industries Limited from KPS Special Situations Fund. Lightyear Capital, LLC, a New York based private equity firm will join Harvest as a co-investor in the transaction.
