New Flyer Announces Wayne Joseph Appointed to the Position of Executive Vice President, Bus Business

St Cloud, MN – July 31, 2015: (TSX: NFI) (TSX: NFI.DB.U) New Flyer Industries Inc. (“New Flyer” or the “Company”), the leading manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses in the United States and Canada, announced the appointment of Wayne Joseph to Executive Vice President New Flyer Bus Business.

Wayne Joseph joined New Flyer in 2008 in the role of Executive Vice President Operations and has played an instrumental role in the Company’s success through his leadership of Operational Excellence initiatives, focus on product quality, and dedication to customer and employee satisfaction.
Ian Smart continues in his role of Executive Vice President for Aftermarket where he is responsible for the Parts, Customer Training, Publications and Connect business across both the New Flyer and NABI brands.
