ABRASIVE BLASTER

Starting Wage $20.68

Responsibilities include surface preparation, abrasive blasting, line installations and assemblies within an assigned area. The successful candidate must be familiar with the operation of blast equipment, power tools and hand tools and possess a basic understanding about the surface preparation process. This person is required to be aware of and comply with proper workplace safety procedures as they apply to blasting with special attention to working at heights, in confined spaces and working with abrasives which quickly wear down equipment. The successful candidate must be able to work from blueprints, process sheets and/or instructions and with minimal supervision.

Strong command of the English language and math skills are a requirement.
