Position Summary:
This key management role is responsible for the leadership and material flow of
our production facility. This includes the ability to assist in the development,
communication and deployment of procurement policies, guidelines and tools and
to drive continuous improvement in the supply base. Complete understanding of
Lean and 5S is a requirement and APICS certification is a plus. Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a four-year college or university program degree
or certificate; or four to six years of related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. You have above average
interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills enabling you to
work effectively with all levels of the organization. As a well-organized
individual, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet
timelines, combined with strong analytical skills and problem solving
abilities. Working knowledge of MS Office, with exceptional Excel skills are
required. Manufacturing and Oracle applications experience are considered an
asset.
