As a member of our Parts Organization, this term position will report to the Director of Business Systems - Aftermarket and will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Receivable department in accurate posting of receipts, account reconciliation and prompt collection activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of collection/accounting/business administration experience or a combination of related education and experience. Our team is looking for someone with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to work effectively within the team and with all levels of the organization. As a well-organized individual, you should be efficient in your ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in order to handle timelines and shifting priorities. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be experienced in MS office, specifically Excel.
