Bid/Option Revenue Coordinator (1 year term)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Technical Sales this position will be accountable for pricing bus options through existing or assign from existing contracts to transit authorities to generate new orders.  Will also be responsible for pricing and submission of small bus procurements as assigned from time to time. In addition will also act as a primary contact with customers during bid preparation stage while coordinating with finance all bill of material pricing and preparing, ensuring all documentation is correct at all levels and preparing the proposal package to meet customer’s needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated, and organized individual for this position who has previous experience in sales, customer service and a clear understanding of accounting and time line requirements. This individual will have a degree in Commerce/Business Admin or have an equal combination of education and experience. Exposure to sales, marketing, accounting and business would be considered an asset. As well will have proficient computer skill with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and experience in Oracle would be considered an asset.
