Contract Specialist - Sales Department

As a member of our Sales Department, the Contract Specialist is accountable for the successful execution of contracts as assigned by the Accounts Manager. The Contract Specialist is responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy in fulfilling the contractual requirements for his/her accounts. Essential functions include ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the contractual process, resolving contractual and technical issues, and document and communicate all customer-requested changes.

As the successful candidate, you have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent related training/experience. Experience in preparing and administering contracts would be a definite asset. You possess a professional attitude and the flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrated ability to organize/prioritize workloads productively. You have the above-average written and oral communication skills essential for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Experience with MS Office is required.
