As the successful candidate, you have previous experience in an administrative capacity in an office environment. You are analytical and a well-organized individual capable of meeting critical timelines You hava a strong mathematical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. You have above-average interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills enabling you to work effectively within the departmental team. Strong knowledge of MS office, with advanced Excel skills is required. A working knowledge of Access is preferred. Oracle experience is an asset.
Working as a member of our Sales & Contracts team, this position is responsible to provide support for the department manager. Duties include sales reporting through the creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and graphs; analyzing of sales trends and customer buying patterns; and monitoring of competitor strategies, structures and growth. This position will also coordinate travel arrangements for staff; coordinate sales meetings and record minutes; act as the office liaison and provide support for external field staff.
