Reporting to the Director Parts Sales & Business Development, this position is responsible to manage the Contracts team. The Manager will analyze and identify margin trends through the study of the business, specifically in volume fluctuations in contract opportunities, open margin and purchase price variances, margins by customer, vendor and commodity groups, and the effect of currency fluctuations on margins. Additionally this position will provide analysis and feedback to management on lost customer sales, contract award and losses, competitor pricing behavior and will formulate recommendations required to adapt to market changes.
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a financial based Post Secondary education, a Business or Commerce Degree, combined with several years of business related experience in a leadership role. We are seeking an innovative, results and process oriented leader with over five years experience in a similar capacity. A proven ability to adapt to new and varied challenges with demonstrated successes achieved through effective leadership, training and motivation of others. The ability to successfully manage multiple projects and collaborate at all levels of the organization is essential.
