This key management role in our Erlanger, Kentucky Parts Distribution Center (PDC), is responsible for the leadership and management of the daily operations to ensure execution of warehouse activities to meet customer expectations and the ability to drive procedural compliance and adherence to health and safety requirements to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a post secondary degree/certificate in business, engineering, supply chain or related discipline along with a minimum of five years of experience in large scale Distribution/Warehouse management. We are seeking above average interpersonal / communication skills enabling you to work effectively with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, multi task, and work effectively in a high energy, fast paced customer service environment in order to meet tight timelines, combined with strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills required.
