Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally you should possess or be working towards a post secondary education in a related field of Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience. You must demonstrate a keen interest and commitment in helping others and providing responsive and customer focused people service delivery. Knowledge of human resources best practices in the areas of recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employee and labor relations, and performance management are required as well as the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and to systematically analyze situations, which may be sensitive in nature or confidential, identify options, and determine the appropriate course of action using good judgment and strategic thinking. Good time management skills with the ability to organize and manage independently concurrent priorities while adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines is a must.
