Reporting to the Director, Aftermarket Sales & Business Development, this position will be responsible to identify, develop and maintain business opportunities consistent with the ongoing business development strategy for the organization. Once opportunities are identified, the candidate is responsible for the execution of the market launch, including selling methodologies, pricing strategies and fulfillment of the plan and process while working within the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Using effective communication and analytical skills , the successful candidate will be responsible for the business development plan for the service parts organization through the identification, collection, and analysis of opportunities. Working closely with the leadership team within the organization, this role will also be responsible for the identification of lost opportunities, developing and implementing a plan and shift in strategy to mitigate lost sales. This candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field paired with 2-5 years of business development and leadership experience, and be well versed in market launch, selling methodology, pricing strategy and fulfillment plans and process.
