Reporting to the Supervisor, Computer Operations & Helpdesk, the Helpdesk Assistant will act as a consistent and professional point of contact for all New Flyer end users—ensuring appropriate resources are enlisted for timely resolution of technical issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
As the successful candidate you will have a post secondary education in an IT related field and 1-3 years experience in a related field. Using strong organizational skills and a customer service focus, you will provide 1st and 2nd level analysis and support for desktop software, pc/laptop hardware, desktop operating systems, printers, network access, telephones, mobile devices, remote connectivity and other relevant areas. In addition you will be responsible for processing requests for new software and hardware.
